Selecting online no-code tools is not an easy task. That's why we recommend the following criteria:
- Accessibility (easy to use)
- Collaboration
- Functionality
In 2022, you can easily create using applications that require no coding. This article will introduce the two tools we believe hold the greatest potential for developing UX/UI design: Figma and Miro.
Figma
Market update: On June 24, Bloomberg valued the design software Figma at 10 billion dollars.
"The software design company Figma is now valued at 10 billion dollars."
We believe it, and apparently, the market does too! Figma is a comprehensive platform that allows you to easily create UX/UI design mockups for your landing pages, websites, e-commerce sites, or even your content strategy.
You simply need to drag and drop blocks to compose. The tool is collaborative, enabling you to work together on the same interface in real-time.
Advantages
- Community
- Easy to learn
- Collaborate in real-time
- Free for students
Areas for Improvement
- Files can become slow if you load a lot of data
- Stay ORGANIZED
- Some features require a learning curve
Already have a Figma mockup and want to develop it into a website on Webflow? Use our Figma to Webflow converter.
Miro
Market update: Created in 2011, the software recently raised $400 million to continue its development.
Miro is an excellent collaboration tool. It is not only a great way to develop your wireframes and prototypes but also a helpful design solution for project managers with numerous features. Accessing the tool is done online via their website or the Miro app.
When it comes to wireframing, we often use Miro for UX design prototyping before developing the UI on Figma. However, the tool is evolving rapidly and aims to catch up with Figma by 2022. Here's how you can start using Miro!
Advantages
- MindMap
- User-friendly
- Collaborate in real-time
- $1000 credit for startups
Areas for Improvement
- Design features need enhancement
Conclusion
Both tools are "gems" in the no-code creation space. I encourage you to test both and form your own opinion. For now, at Digidop, we prefer Figma due to the community it fosters and the free exchange of resources (like Webflow) that embodies the dynamism of no-code. Create faster and better with no-code tools.
