Are your positions remote?
Yes, all our positions are full remote. You can work from anywhere in the world, as long as you have a good internet connection.
But we believe it's also important to see each other. So, each quarter, the team meets for a seminar somewhere in France or Europe (with all expenses covered) to strengthen team cohesion and share some time together.
Travel expenses for professional events are also fully covered by the agency.
And to make sure you work comfortably every day, we help you set up your home office if needed (computer, monitor, chair, etc.).
How are “hybrid” salaries structured at Digidop?
At Digidop, compensation follows a hybrid model:
it combines a fixed salary, individual performance-based bonuses, and collective performance bonuses.
Each year, a profit-sharing program is also implemented to reward the entire team based on the agency’s results.
Do you accept apprenticeships?
Yes. When positions are open, we are fully open to apprenticeship profiles.
It’s actually a model that works very well at Digidop — several of our current full-time team members started with us through an apprenticeship.
We already have partnerships with several schools (ECV, Hetic, etc.) and we’re open to building new ones.(If you are a partnership manager at a web design school, feel free to reach out to us directly.)
