Heka Video faced a main challenge: Creating a website that reflects their services to attract new clients.

  1. Immersive / Experiential Website (Management and Integration of Their Videos) : Heka's previous Wix site was too static. The agency wanted visitors to experience the quality of their videos while navigating the site. It was essential to highlight that Heka is a creative agency.
  2. Showcasing Their Expertise : Heka has vast experience in the video field (script writing, pre-production, shooting, production, editing, etc.). It was necessary to demonstrate Heka's expertise through the services they offer and the numerous companies they have collaborated with.
  3. Collective Importance : Heka is a human-centered agency that works with a team of freelancers to deliver consistently high-quality videos. The site also needed to showcase the skilled individuals Heka collaborates with.
  4. Human Values, Ethics, Positive Impact : More than just an agency, Heka cherishes its values. The group collaborates with many companies that have a positive, ethical, and social impact in the world (Teampact Ventures, Le Fourgon, Alan, etc.). It was crucial to highlight this human and social aspect of Heka.
  5. Migration from Wix to Webflow

Strategy and Solutions

  1. Rebranding : To create an experiential website, we undertook a project to update Heka's graphic charter, making it more modern. We redesigned the logo, researched complementary colors, and sought new typography to develop a unique site in line with the agency's identity.
  2. UI Work and Animation Research : Significant effort went into Figma for designing and creating mockups to deliver an immersive experience on the website while ensuring smooth navigation and clear display of essential information. We also focused on animation research to avoid a "static" website feel.
  3. Development in Webflow : Using Webflow for site development allowed us to emphasize interactivity and a smooth user experience while simplifying updates or the integration of new content and videos.
  4. Integration of Vimeo : Vimeo allowed us to host the videos and display them on the site without sacrificing quality while minimizing the impact of multiple videos on performance. Furthermore, the dynamic nature of Webflow combined with Vimeo integration facilitates website editing. To enhance user experience, we even customized the video player on client case pages with Flowplay.
  5. Highlighting Heka's Expertise : We created dynamic pages dedicated to services on the site to showcase each of Heka's expertise. The purpose of these pages is to emphasize Heka's all-encompassing expertise and highlight their various achievements while providing content for search engine optimization (SEO).
  6. Fostering the Collective and Human Values : We developed a specific page where Heka can easily showcase the various experts they work with. The dynamic and animated section showcases that Heka is more than just a video agency; it is also a human agency. We also highlighted the corporate culture and social and ethical values of Heka on this page.
  7. Visibility and Communication Plan : We worked on Heka's website to create pages that allow them to rank for specific queries. Additionally, we collaboratively prepared a communication plan for various social media platforms to promote the website launch. This collaboration focused on using social media and content marketing to enhance the site's visibility and strengthen Heka's online presence.

Results

  • Scalability of the Website : A large portion of the website was designed dynamically to simplify the addition of pages for SEO purposes. Thus, Heka has a site that can evolve alongside the agency.
  • Website with a Special Effect : Visitors to the Heka site are notably engaged by their experience. The objective of creating a creative website reflecting the brand has been a success among users.
