Project Challenges
PAINT approached Digidop to create THE website that would allow them to maintain their leadership in France through several challenges:
- Centralize information about PAINT: previously present only on social media, the media now has a strong central point. Through its website, all information related to the media can be easily accessed.
- Maintain the media's identity: PAINT has established itself as a leader through its unique editorial line. It was crucial for us to replicate this uniqueness in the website design.
- Highlight their work: the media operates in various distinctive formats (interviews, street interviews, podcasts, French queer lovers, news, interventions), each of which can attract a different brand, making it essential to showcase them.
- Attract brands: the primary challenge is to attract brands and future partners in order to develop the media and increase its popularity.
- Increase visibility for the LGBTQ+ community: the media was founded to promote the LGBTQ community. Beyond business challenges, it was imperative to maintain a guiding principle in line with the initial mission.
In summary, the project's challenge was to: Enable PAINT to connect with corporate players (partnerships/services) by affirming its already established credibility, while retaining the essence of the media's identity.
Strategy and Solutions
- Unique user experience: dynamism, energy, and uniqueness are key attributes of the media that we aimed to capture on this page, notably through animations designed for each section, optimized scrolling, and an immersive experience in the PAINT universe.
- Humanization of the page: the desire to highlight the LGBTQ+ community is what gave rise to the media. This is why we maximized the human element of the page through photos, whether group shots, solo, or pairs, as well as videos, to represent the community in all its forms.
- Contact page with multiple response options: the site’s contact page was designed with multiple response options to meet the media's needs. Different brands interested in collaboration may have various desires and projects. It was essential to provide all the necessary alternatives to accurately target the future prospect's request. Beyond brands, this contact page will also allow individuals wishing to join the PAINT team to apply through a form.
- Scalable CMS: anticipating an exponential growth trajectory for the media, we designed the entire site using the Webflow CMS, allowing the PAINT team to easily update various images on the site, especially those showcasing key figures of the media, which are expected to evolve over the coming months, if not weeks.
Results
- Identitarian website : The community can find itself on the site and see what PAINT offers.
- First online visibility : With this website project, PAINT gains improved online visibility in addition to their social media presence.
