Context

Qileo is a new online bank that offers the first ethical business account in France, thanks to a banking solution aligned with ecological and social values. Their mission: to combine financial performance with a positive impact by supporting companies in their ecological transition.

To support their launch, Qileo's teams sought Digidop for comprehensive assistance covering Branding, UX/UI, web development, and web marketing strategy.

This project required, on one hand, perfect synergy between the website and the banking application under development, and on the other hand, a response to the sector's challenges: compliance, security, GDPR, and user experience.

Challenges

(1) Create a strong brand identity

  • Translate Qileo's ethical and ecological mission through a distinctive design and editorial tone aligned with their values.
  • Align the visual identity of the website with that of the banking application under development for complete coherence.
  • Position Qileo as a modern and committed alternative to traditional banks, highlighting their differences and positive impact.

(2)Product launch strategy

  • Deploy a phased progressive launch, including a beta testers phase before the public launch.
  • Structure an SEO-friendly site designed with CMS and Component First principles to meet the bank's scalability needs.

  • Synchronize the user experience between the website and the application under development.
  • Translate Qileo's ecological and social commitments into design and content.

(4)Compliance and security

  • Ensure legal compliance regarding GDPR aspects, partnerships, and provide a space for the bank's legal pages.
