Union Foncière de France, a subsidiary of the Avant-Garde Group, is a comprehensive real estate services institution offering a 360° approach: buying, selling, renting, property management, co-ownership management, and asset valuation. By integrating Avant-Garde Group’s solutions, Union Foncière de France meets the complex needs of its clients, combining real estate management, investment, and asset management.

To diversify its activities and enter the competitive real estate market, Union Foncière de France approached Digidop to design an innovative and high-performance web solution addressing three main imperatives: speed, scalability, and optimizing cross-selling opportunities.

Challenges

Approach and Solutions

  1. In-depth Analysis and Strategic Preparation:
    • Discovery Workshops: Immersion with internal teams to understand business needs and strategic priorities.
    • Advanced Benchmarking: Studying market leaders to identify UX, SEO, and business opportunities.
  2. Developing a Scalable Web Strategy:
    • Deploying a platform on Webflow, designed with a custom CMS and component-first approach, enabling agents to autonomously edit or add property listings.
  3. Leveraging Automation and AI:
    • Automating the daily integration of hundreds of new property listings ready for publication.
    • Enriching content using AI to enhance uniqueness and SEO performance.
  4. CRO and SEO Optimization:
    • Designing pages optimized for conversion, using sector-specific lead magnets.
    • Implementing technical SEO improvements to support a mid-to-long-term inbound marketing strategy.

We presented this project at the Webflow Conf in London, showcasing how we created a scalable and automated lead generation platform using Webflow CMS, AI, and APIs.

Results

  • Over 5,000 automated property listings: Properties were retrieved, enriched, and published to the Webflow CMS at an optimal pace through automation.
