Key points

A massive overhaul for Integromat at the start of this year! The no-code automation tool that we love so much at Digidop has completely revamped its branding, design, and features.

Integromat: The Mission for 2022

Unlike its main competitors, Integromat had never truly defined its “mission” in the no-code world and its core beliefs.

Zapier is on a mission to make automation incredibly easy and accessible to everyone at work.”
“At Tray.io we believe that any organization can and should automate.”
Workato: “Our mission is to help companies integrate & automate at least 10X faster than with traditional tools and at a tenth of the cost of ownership.”

Without a mission, Integromat was merely a no-code tool, a platform for automation that allowed for the interconnection of multiple applications or communication with APIs to create automated workflows. This seems surprising for a tool that is among the global leaders in no-code automation.

Thus, 2022 marks a renewal for Integromat, which is giving itself a reason for existence with the mission to “Unlock the full potential of people by giving them the freedom to create visually, build, and automate at the speed of their ideas.”

Unlock people's full potential by giving them the freedom to visually create, build, and automate at the speed of their ideas.

Integromat Becomes Make

By addressing the essential question in business of “why,” why we exist, what our purpose and mission is, Integromat becomes Make. When we consider this “why,” Make is built upon two essential elements:

  1. Visual Language: Make exists to create a visual language that is understandable and universal for no-code automation creation.
  2. Change: Make is a solution aimed at facilitating collaboration among teams around projects that have a direct impact on our world.
  3. A Universal Solution: For experts as well as novices, individual entrepreneurs or teams, they aim to democratize no-code automation for everyone.

Make is thus a platform for all types of individuals, businesses, or organizations that wish to design, create, and automate things. From a simple task to a complex workflow or a web application, Make is a no-code tool that expands the realm of possibilities in terms of automation.

The tool has been redesigned based on six key criteria:

  1. Visualization: create a “visual language” through an intuitive interface for both the creation and management of workflows and apps.
  2. Open-embed Platform: a framework that allows you to intertwine applications, data flows, program actions, etc.
  3. Speed and Agility: with an even more optimized tool, and simplicity in creating and managing workflows.
  4. Power: with workflows that are even more efficient and faster.
  5. Community: through their networks, blogs, courses, tutorials, partners, and experts.
  6. Competitive Pricing: boasting one of the best price-to-value ratios in the market!

Redesign and Modernization of the UI

Although Integromat's UX has been preserved, Make offers an entirely new UI, with more vibrant color gradients and variants that finally create that wow effect!

New Features of Integromat with Make

This new mission that Make has embarked on paves the way for new features that will enhance automation and simplify the workflow creation process. Generally speaking, Make aims to be more intuitive, visually appealing, and easy to use.

To illustrate this, let's take the example of the forms interface. It has been redesigned and simplified. Each section is much clearer, and a validation notch has been added to each one. It’s easy to visualize the filled fields and those that are missing. Additionally, new drop-down lists have been integrated, along with a search bar. So, when you're searching for a file from a long list in your application, you won't have to scroll through the entire list; you can directly enter the name in the search bar.

Beyond the visual aspect, user experience has also been improved through the optimization of certain features. For instance, consider the functions. If you often use functions in Integromat, you’ve probably encountered a situation where you're unsure which semicolon or parentheses belong to which function. Make introduces a new feature that will highlight each symbol linked to a function when you hover over it. This way, navigating through even complex functions becomes much easier.

Make offers many other features, such as creating and sharing templates, optimizing the data store, simplifying authorization systems, and more.

New Offers and Pricing

A new tool means new prices! Or at least new packaging... By packaging, we mean how features are distributed according to the offerings. So let’s take a look at these new packages and pricing. 👀

Previously, Integromat's offerings were primarily based on customer usage, meaning that the different plans were designed according to the number of monthly operations, the amount of data transferred, or the delay between each operation.

Now, the offerings are designed based on usage but also on the accessible features.

The new Make offers and pricing are grouped into 5 plans

  • Free - $0 / month: test Make for free and enjoy basic features. Access to over 1000 applications, workflow creation, app development, etc.
  • Core - $9 / month: enjoy at least 10,000 operations with unlimited active scenarios, and a one-minute delay between each execution. Access to the Integromat API.
  • Pro - $16 / month: starting from 120,000 operations per year, this plan offers more priority in scenario execution and more flexibility in workflows compared to the Core plan.
  • Teams - $29 / month: starting from 120,000 operations per year, this plan adds a team concept with the possibility to assign roles in scenario management. A new feature allows for the creation and sharing of scenario templates.
  • Enterprise - $X / month: for specific needs regarding security, workflow protection, storage capacity, etc., the Enterprise plan offers custom features in addition to everything included in the previous plans.

Except for the Free plan, the price of each of these plans may change based on the payment type (monthly or annually) and according to your needs for the number of operations.
